If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from one of my collections, your pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt (please note that this does not apply to custom order purchases, which are final).
Kindly contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please specify your order number and whether you would like to return or exchange.
- The item you wish to return must be in the same condition that you first received it in.
- The item must be returned in the original pouch provided.
- Items that show signs of wear/damage will not be refunded.
Once your item has been received and inspected, I will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been successful. A full refund of the item/s (excluding delivery charges) will be issued within 10 days. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs involved in returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, I recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items that are lost are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or refunded.
If you are looking to have your pieces repaired, please contact me on email@example.com. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the piece/s and cover any shipping costs.
