Custom Orders

I take custom order requests on a limited basis every month. To request a custom order, please use the text box below to describe what you would like in as much detail as possible. It would be helpful to include information about the following:

1) Alloy (e.g., 925 sterling silver / 14ct gold-filled / 14ct rose gold-filled)

2) Pearl shape, size, or colour preferences

3) Length (if applicable)

4) Type of ear finding (if applicable, e.g., stud, hoop, regular hook etc.)

After receiving your inquiry, I will respond with some extra questions and show you some options to pick from (if applicable). Once we make a final decision, I will share a quotation and a link to make the payment for your piece/s.

Please note:

• Custom orders will be costed 25% higher than my regular collections, as I like to give my full time and attention when discussing your order and, in some cases, would need to order additional material just for you.
• I do not begin working on custom orders until a final decision is made and the payment is received.
• Custom order purchases cannot be returned nor refunded.
