All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will be posted within 5 working days. It's expected that you receive your package the day after dispatch, but please note that delays might happen and delivery times are always estimates. To ensure faster delivery or a specific date, please upgrade your shipping option.
Delivery estimate is 5-7 days after your package is posted. Please note that this is only an estimate and delay might always happen. To be able to track your package, please upgrade your shipping option to Tracked & Signed.
Please note that, due to the UK no longer being a part of the EU, you may be required to pay an import tax before your parcel can be successfully delivered to you in your home country. The amount of tax you pay will differ depending on the EU country you are based in. Please check how much import tax you will have to pay with your local customs office before placing an order.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from one of my collections, your pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt (please note that this does not apply to custom order purchases, which are final).
Kindly contact me on info@raymakesthings.co.uk for instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please specify your order number and whether you would like to return or exchange.
Once your item has been received and inspected, I will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been successful. A full refund of the item/s (excluding delivery charges) will be issued within 10 days. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs involved in returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, I recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items that are lost are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or refunded.
REPAIRS
If you are looking to have your pieces repaired, please contact me on info@raymakesthings.co.uk. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the piece/s and cover any shipping costs.
